Slowly closing on stacked overlay matching alias chains of reverse 
proxies and loadbalancers. Fixing tons of small overlay matching bugs.

Want to give a hand? Implementing is_namevhost() should be low-hanging 
fruit. Just check whether the host is a name-based virtualhost and return 
true/false. Will improve real-world matching quite a bit.
